By using chartbuffet.com ("Chart Buffet", "the site") you agree to these terms, an agreement between you and Blue Skua LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Chart Buffet turns tables you provide into charts and image files, entirely in your browser. Every feature is free. The site is funded by advertising; there is nothing to buy and no account to create.

2. Your data and your charts

Your data remains yours and is never sent to us. The charts and images you create are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially, with no attribution required. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you chart. The site’s own code, design and editorial text remain ours.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site to produce charts that are deliberately misleading in a way intended to defraud or deceive;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or resell access to it;
• use the site unlawfully or in breach of a third party's rights.

4. Accuracy and no reliance

Chart Buffet interprets what you paste — numbers, dates, separators — and suggests chart types automatically. Interpretation can be wrong. Check every chart against your data before you publish or rely on it. The editorial content and sample data are for education and illustration; joke charts are labelled as such. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or professional advice.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but offer no uptime guarantee, and may change or discontinue any part of it.

6. Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, Google for advertising and Syncfusion components for drawing charts. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or external sites.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to ten US dollars. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material revisions will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
